Our clinic operates an appointment system, which we strongly encourage you use. Please call the receptionist at our clinic to book an appointment. 

If you are unable to keep your booked appointment, please telephone our receptionists. A non-attendance fee will be charged for appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. 

Please let the receptionist know when you book, if you require a surgical procedure, life insurance, sports medical examination etc. Longer appointments are available on request, subject to requirements and approval by the doctor.

Our team of experienced doctors and nurses are committed to providing the best care possible for our patients.

Languages spoken: Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese.

We understand that you may be unwell, stressed or anxious. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and will not tolerate verbal or physical threats made towards members of the staff or General Practitioners. 

Free parking is available onsite, with additional paid parking nearby.

 Access for people with disabilities is available.​

Sickness Certificates, repeat prescriptions and referrals require an appointment. Please be aware that the doctors are unable to back date medical certificates and referrals.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this Practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.  

All patients' medical records can only be released with a signed consent form.

 A non-smoking policy exists throughout our clinic.

We  welcome all feedback in our endeavour to provide our patients with continued quality service. All feedback is taken seriously and handled with strict privacy and can be provided direct to the Practice by calling  (08) 8346 2626 or in writing sent to 219 Torrens Road, Croydon SA 5008.
